Salute Tilda
It’s 32 °C outside and 22 °C inside. The air is heavy and I think we can expect a good storm this afternoon. 🙁
A few days back I made a Birthday card for a friend of mine. She’s a nurse, so I could use a nurse Tilda, but I wanted to try another cutie from Sea Breeze Collection, Salute Tilda. I didn’t know what to use for a background, because I don’t have many of them, so I used this rope I found among my stamps. I think they look great together. 😉
For this card I used:
- colors: TH distress ink markers and distress ink pads
- ink: Archival black
- design papers:
- stamp: Salute Tilda (Sea Breeze collection, 2013), New York (With love collection, 2013), rope?
- dies: Magnolia doohickey – tilda ticket
- flowers from Wild orchid crafts, I am roses and my stash
- paper doily
- glossy accent
- cheesecloth
- stickles glue (stardust)
- frantage (chunky white, old silver)
- silver fragments.
I’m entering this card into the following challenges:
- Cute card Thursday: Beside the seaside
- The Ribbon Girl Challenge blog: July color challenge (blue)
- Crafty Ribbons: Birthday
- Crafts and me Challenges: Anything goes
Hugs, t.
