These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Handmade By Tamara website, located at www.handmadebytamara.com or handmadebytamara.com, website is privately owned by me, Tamara Potočnik (in short Tamara or T.).

By accessing this website I assume you accept all these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Handmade By Tamara website if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Terminology

The following terminology applies to these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Handmade by Tamara’s terms and conditions. “Ourselves”, “Me”, “I”, “We”, “Mine”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to me (T.) or my small business website Handmade by Tamara. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and myself. Term Website my refer to www.handmadebytamara.com or handmadebytamara.com website.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Handmade by Tamara’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Slovenia. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

The Company/Shop

Handmade by Tamara website and its shop is not a part or owned by actual ‘company’, but it is privately owned by me (Tamara). The Website includes my Blog and a Webshop on which you can buy my creations in limited stock (mostly selling only one of a kind items).

Although I do not have an actual company, I legally sell all my creations on this website under ‘personal supplementary job’ option, according to the laws valid in my country of residence — Slovenia.

VAT is not charged in accordance with paragraph (1) of Article 94 of the ZDDV-1 (not liable for VAT).

I shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend me against all claims that is rising on your Website. I reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to my Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to my Website upon request.
