I ship all over the world!

To see what it will cost you to ship your Order to any country in the world, simply add all desired items into your cart and use shipping calculator located in the cart itself. Delivery charges are based on Slovenia Post tracked delivery. The price is calculated according to the weight and destination of the consignment (domestic, within EU or outside EU/Worldwide).

Customs & Taxes

I will ship your order from Slovenia. Slovenia is EU member so if your country is also EU member you should not expect to have any additional customs or taxes above the total price you pay in my shop.

However if your country is located outside of EU, your local taxes and customs duties will apply once your shipment reaches its destination country. Please check with your local authorities for more information.

Shipping to Islands and other remote areas

Although my shipping calculator located on a cart page will calculate shipping to every address/country in the world, it will not take into account shipping to islands or some other remote areas for which shipping may cost (much) more than for standard mainland shipping. If this is the case with your particular order, I will contact you in a few days after placing your order and quote you additional charge for shipping to your location. If you won’t agree to the additional cost, I will cancel your order and refund you in full.

Liability

While I will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time, I cannot take responsibility for failure of delivery, or damage to goods in transit, due to circumstances beyond my reasonable control.

Delivery and Dispatch Time

All my cards and earrings are hand-made, those on stock I will ship out within 3 business days from placing the order and from receiving the payment onto my account, but if you order a custom card(s) or earrings or earrings which are on backorder, it may take up to 10 business days to dispatch your order.

Delivery time for domestic deliveries is up to 3 business days, for EU deliveries up to 7 business days and for worldwide deliveries up to about 14 business days.
