Anything goes at Marvelous Magnolia

Hi!

It’s Thursday and time for another challenge at Marvelous Magnolia. We have an easy one this time – Anything goes! We all love this theme, don’t we? 😉

We have two sponsors: Tilda’s Town and Hobbycutz!!! I received an award a few weeks back from Hobbycutz and I used almost all of it, because their products are so great. I think there is no introduction needed for Tilda’s town. 🙂

I made a simple card this time. I tried some new goodies I got recently, like Martha Steward punch and new flowers from I am roses, new papers …
As you know this cutie is holding a bucket of corn which is totally wrong for this time of the year, so I glued some small roses over it and now it looks like she’s holding a bucket of flowers. 🙂

For this card I used:

  • colors: TH distress ink markers and distress ink pads
  • ink: archival black
  • watercolor paper: Langton HP 300g
  • design papers: First Edition – Spring feast
  • stamp: Tilda with corn (Turning leaves Collection, 2012)
  • dies: Magnolia DooHickey – leaf and swirl
  • punch: Martha Steward – flourish (border punch)
  • flowers from Wild orchid crafts, I am roses
  • liquid pearls – color opal
  • pink half pearls
  • frantage (shabby white).

I’m entering this card into the following challenges:

  1. The Ribbon Girl Challenge: Add a die cut
  2. Midweek Magnolias: Anything goes
Thank you for stopping by and leaving me a comment! Join us at Midweek Magnolias and Good Luck! Hugs, t.
