Refund and Returns Policy

Any private customer (does not apply if customer is a company) has a right to cancel the order and return bought items within 14 days from receiving them without giving out the reason to do so. If you intend to return the items, please send me a notice about intended return to email shop@handmadebytamara.com within 14 days from receiving the items that you would like to return. Items must be then returned to me and I have to receive them latest within 14 days from getting your notice about intended return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within reasonable amount of days. If credit/refund with original method of payment will not be possible I will agree with you an alternate method of payment/refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.

Items not eligible for return

Only regular priced items may be returned. On Sale items cannot be returned.

Also any custom made creations are exempt from being returned, no exceptions.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs and you are also responsible that I receive the return items, so I suggest you to use tracked delivery service, for higher value items I also suggest fully insured delivery service.

Shipping costs are always non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any potential cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
