April C.C. Designs release ☆ Preview Day 1

Welcome to Preview Day 1 of C.C. Designs APRIL release. 

For this preview I made a card featuring brand new clear stamp called Cupcakes & Balloons. I only used Balloons on this card, I saved one girl for one of my future cards. hehe
April’s release is seriously To Die For!!! You’re gonna love it! Trust me! ♡

I coloured Balloons with Distress ink pads. Colours used:
skin: vintage photo
cheeks: worn lipstick
hair: antique linen, walnut stain
dress: rusty hinge, black soot
balloon, socks: victorian velvet, black soot
background: tumbled glass
ground: gathered twigs

I cut out the image using Make a card #12 Smoochies rectangle die with little hearts. The moment I saw the image I knew this die would be perfect for it. 
The Jumbo alphabet used is NEW! They are BIG and FUN! I cut out three of each letter and then glue them one on to another so they look like chipboard and give some more layering and texture to the card.
Both stitched hearts are a part of a new Make a card #14 die set called Birthday. There’s a lot of great dies in this set. You’ll see me using them all the time!
