Today I have a CC Designs card for you. I used Birthday Puppy from the latest April's release.

Image was coloured using Distress ink pads.

Sentiment "Just a note to brighten your day" is also from CCD. It was part of the set which was released last year.

Papers used are from Simple Stories.
