November club kit ❤ la-la land crafts

My cards today feature stamps and dies from the new la-la land crafts November club kit. This kit is great and I really enjoyed making my cards with it. Here’s what this kit includes (don’t forget there are three different subscriptions – stamp kit, product kit and project kit, check them out HERE!)

Here are my two cards together. I wanted to use only stamps and dies from this kit and make cards that I can actually put in an envelope, that’s why there’s no extra flowers, laces …. These cards are going on a journey today and I hope the recipiants will like them.

I’ll start with the purple card first. I wanted it to look like Marci is ice skating on a frozen lake, so I took a big stitched oval from Stitched elements and I put Marci and the little penguin on it. Sentiment Winter fun was cut out with a die from the same set.

Distress markers and ink pads used:
skin: vintage photo
cheeks: worn lipstick
hair: ground expresso
outfit: vilted violet, black soot, evergreen borough
penguin: vilted violet, black soot

… and here’s my second card. Papers on both cards are from Maja design (as usual). On this card I used the second penguin from the set. 
The background was created with an old la-la land crafts die called Double Stitched Hills Border (loveeee this one).

Distress markers, ink pads and Spectrum aqua markers used:
skin: vintage photo
cheeks: worn lipstick
hair: sepia (SA)
outfit: ripe persimmon, black soot, pumice stone
penguin: black soot, ripe persimmon
