February colour challenge IAR

It’s February and time for another challenge at I am roses challenge blog.
This month we have a colour challenge. We want you to use Pink and Yellow to do a Valentine’s Day card. You also have to incorporate ribbon.

♥♥♥

For this challenge I made a Valentine’s day gift bag. The shape of the bag was cut out with silhouette cameo. There are also some doohickeys dies, laces, flowers and ribbon. I really like the heart shape of the perfume bottle and there are also small hearts on the swirl. ♥

Flowers used on this bag:

  • Soft Pink Semi Open Rose Buds – T30 – 124
  • Mini Mixed Rainbow Pastel color Paper Flowers – R2 – 426
  • Soft Pink Mulberry Paper Flowers – R3 – 2
  • Mixed Purple & Turquoise Color Mulberry Paper Roses – R8 – 626

For this card I used:
  • colors: TH distress ink markers and distress ink pads
  • ink: archival black
  • watercolor paper: Langton HP 300g
  • design papers: Maja design
  • stamp: Tilda Rose Scent (Lost & Found coll., 2014)
  • die: DooHickey swirl, tilda tag, Spellbinders Majestic Elements Opulent Ovals
  • white lace
  • purple lace
  • pink organza ribbon
  • flowers from I am roses
  • stickles glue (stardust).

I’m entering this card into the following challenges:

  1. Sweet stampin challenge blog: Love/Valentines
  2. Hjerteboden challenge blog: Til noen du er glad i {Må inneholde minst et hjerte} ♥
  3. Time for Magnolia challenge: Be my Valentine

Thank you for visiting my blog today! Have a great weekend!
Hugs, t.
