Shaker card at Simply Magnolia

Hi!

It’s Sunday and time for another challenge at Simply Magnolia. This week we want to see SHAKER cards. This was a real challenge for me, because I never made a shaker card before. As usual I watched a few you tube videos and then tried it myself. 🙂

We have a great sponsor this week. You all know it – it’s Tilda’s Town. Where else can you get so many lovely Tildas and all the little things you need to make some beautiful cards? 😉 Did I mention they have Free shipping worldwide? 😉

For this card I used:

  • colours: TH distress ink markers and distress ink pads
  • ink: archival black
  • watercolour paper: Langton CP 300g
  • design papers: First Edition – Up and away
  • stamps: Tilda with Big Icecream (With love Coll., 2013), A gift from the heart (Raising the Ceiling, 2010, New Yourk (With love Coll., 2013)
  • dies: Spellbinders Floral ovals, Marianne – decorative elegance, TH – Butterflight
  • green & blue pearls
  • punch: Martha Stewart – branch
  • flowers from Wild orchid crafts, I am roses, Kort & Godt
  • white lace
  • liquid pearls – colour opal
  • stickles glue (diamond).

I’m entering this card into the following challenges:

  1. Time for Magnolia Challenge: Mother’s Day
  2. OneStopCraft Challenge: #227 Flower Power
  3. Allsorts Challenge blog: Add some sparkle
  4. Party Time Tuesday: Anything goes
  5. Tilda’s Town: Anything goes
Don’t forget! Join us at Simply Magnolia Challenge blog with your Shaker cards!!! 😉
