Cards

Tangled Tilda

Hi!

There is a new challenge at Time for Magnolia Chall. blog and this time they want us to make Easel cards. I never made one before, so I was struggling at the beginning. I didn’t want to make a simple square card, so I chose shaped one instead. 🙂 Why don’t make my like a little bit more complicated? 🙂
I chose the shape I wanted and cut it out with my new Silhouette cameo. Yes! I finally have it. Wohoooo …. It’s great and the shapes are so cheap compared to Sizzix dies. I still have and use my Sizzix, there’s no crafting without it. LOL

So, here we go. My first Easel card with my lovely Tangled Tilda from the new Once Upon a Time Collection. Don’t you just love them (all). 😉

For this card I used:

  • colors: TH distress ink markers and distress ink pads
  • ink: archival black
  • aquarel paper: Langton HP 300g
  • design papers: First Edition – New bloom
  • stamps: Tangled Tilda (Once Upon a Time Collection, 2013), New York (With love Coll., 2013)
  • dies: Spellbinders Floral ovals, Magnolia Doohickey Christmas tags
  • flowers from Wild orchid crafts, I am roses, Kort & Godt
  • cheesecloth
  • purple ribbon
  • white half pearls
  • purple cotton ribbon
  • liquid pearls – color opal
  • stickles glue (stardust).

I’m entering this card into the following challenges:

  1. Time for Magnolia Challenge: Easel card
  2. Tilda’s Town: Once Upon a Time
  3. Through the Craftroom Door: Anything goes
  4. Stamp and create: Use at least one die cut (ovals and tags)
  5. Stamp and create with Magnolia: Spring with Ribbons
  6. Lovely Hangar or sweet Magnolia: Spring
Thank you everyone for stopping by and commenting! xoxo t.
